Every time I try to log in to my account on my iPad I am informed that I must first respond to the confirmation e-mail. I have either not received this e-mail or have already responded to it on my PC (where I was able to access the account without issue).
According to Zinio, “there is a known issue with failed log in attempts on Safari on Apple devices. While our technical team is working to resolve this problem, we recommend clearing the cache on your device periodically or accessing your library’s Zinio Collection page through another browser on your device, such as Chrome (a free download available through the App Store).”
