Please be aware that you can only pay fines using a Visa or MasterCard credit card or a bank card with the MasterCard or Visa logo. You may not pay using a Discover or American Express credit card at this time. There is a minimum payment amount of $5.
- Open the My Account page (a button to the My Account page is also available on the left side of every page of our website and on the ALIScat site).
- Enter your 14 digit Franklin Square library card barcode number (without spaces) and your PIN (see above). Click Select.
- Click on the link stating that you have $XX.XX in Unpaid Fines and Bills.
- Select the Pay Online button.
- Select which fines you wish to pay and enter your billing and credit card information then click the Submit button.
- A confirmation page will appear. Select the Submit button again.
- Once your payment has been approved, a receipt will appear. It will automatically be sent to your e-mail address. On your credit card statement, this transaction will appear under the name ALIS UNIONDALE NY.
- Please remember to log out of your account when you are finished using the Log Out button.
