Managing Your Account

You can now access and manage your library account from home by simply following the directions below.  Once you access your account you may view items you have checked out, check due dates, renew materials, and place reserves.

• Click on the "My Library Account" button at the top of any page or the button located below.
• Where indicated enter your name, 14 digit Franklin Square library card barcode number (without spaces) and a PIN number (a password created by the user--we recommend you use the last four digits of your telephone number).
• Click submit.
• The first time you log in, you will be asked to repeat your PIN and enter it twice. Then click submit.
• Please remember to log out of your account when you are finished using the catalog. You can log out by checking the home button or the log out button.
